Week FIVE and #sixweekhealth Challenge: Rock Climbing

Hello my Steemit friend today I want to talk about the reasons for which I consider that climbing is a sport that can keep us all in shape.

Climbing is a sport that is characterized for those who practice it, because it has great levels of difficulty and there are different ways to be practiced, in my case the climbing that I practice is called climbing Boulders, since I climb a few meters on an artificial surface and this has some peanut and at the base of the surface a safety cushion to the fall.

It is important to mention that as very sport deserves a previous warm up, we need the help of our entire body and the greatest flexibility to climbing the surface.

After the physical warm up, we can go up on the surface through tye peanut that are in the climbing wall and safely in each step that we take. This practice requires a level of concentration and resistance so I consider that anyone who practices this sport is applying different disciplines that we usually do not have in our daily lives.
