Twenty-eight customers from Grameenphone, 37 from Robi and 24 from Banglalink, changed the subscriber operator to Telete. A total of 682 subscribers, including 25 from Teletalk, 331 from Robi and 326 from Banglalink came to Grameenphone.
The final approval was given in July last year for the launch of MNP in Bangladesh. In order to change the operator, the customer will have to go to the customer care center (NID) regarding the information related to the operators (who are interested in going). According to the rules, new SIM will be introduced in 72 hours. Once the operator changes, the customer will have 90 days in the new operator.
