After four months of hundreds of us posting #seven77 videos for @nathanmars on Twitter do you think there is anyone left on Twitter, or on STEEM for that matter, who has not heard of our STEEM Army? The last count that I saw showed there were over 650 members of the #seven77 family. I went to my Twitter account and clicked on the #Steem hashtag. Twitter generously showed me about 20 posts from the past 24 hours - along with 4 promoted (advertising) posts that had nothing to do with STEEM. Really? 20 posts from 24 hours - with over 650 posting every day? I expect Twitter to tailor my feed to their dubious algorithms - but when you ask for a search I expected more.
So I went to advanced search and put in the following parameters:
Well.....not much better - I was given 37 results. So.... according to Twitter......... there were only 37 videos posted in a 24 hour period (July 21-22) that used the #steem or #seven77 hashtags.
The conclusion:
We are making all these videos and Twitter is burying them. Poof! This is why I hate Twitter and left it months ago.
I made my Twitter video post today, and apparently, #share2steem is not functioning for Twitter or Instagram and hasn't been for a few days. Discord talk has several people asking about it, but no responses so far.
If you want to see the video before Twitter "poofs" it, here is the LINK
If you enjoy writing short fiction stories (less than 1,000 words) I'd love to have you join me on Narrative. Don't abandon STEEM - add Narrative and cross post your Steem content for more exposure. Here's a link directly to my page featuring Flash Fiction:
