Utilizing pineapple skin as raw material for making syrup. Pineapple fruit is one of the fruits that are favored by people who are in the tropics, because the sweet taste mixed with acid gives its own freshness. In addition pineapple contains many nutrients that are needed by the body.

Pineapple skin also contains vitamins and benefits that are very good for the human body. Pineapple skin contains carbohydrates, proteins, water, vitamins (C, E, B12), ethanol, K, P, Mg, Na, etc. So we use it to make syrup as a drink that contains many nutrients, delicious, and refreshing.

How to make pineapple skin syrup:

  1. Slice the pineapple skin thinly, then add salt and left for about 5 minutes. Then was throughly.
  2. Sliced pineapple skin boiled with wuluh starfruit, turmeric (which has been cut into thin) to boil, add sugar, then lifted and cooled.
  3. Separating the pulp with pineapple juice by filtering with a cloth strainer.
