Velocity & Time Paradox

We know that velocity is related with time. Without velocity we will not be able to interpret time. Like, we know from Albert Einstein's relativity that stars and planets travels in space with different velocities of their own and as a result they have different time values with respect to each other. Therefore, velocity is completely linked with time. Without velocity there is no time. Also the space time continuum in our universe is also due to contributions of velocities of different stars and planets. Therefore to keep this velocity sustained in all over the universe and all over the creations time is playing a very important part as an element and as a catalyst, which is an invisible part of everything we see around us. So time as an element playing a very important part to keep everything moving in an orderly manner. Otherwise there will be no velocity and nothing will be able to move properly with proper velocity. Therefore, we can think of time as an essential part of everything we see around us.
