Love this! I'm a BIG fan of greens and try to work them into every meal too. I just throw some protein on top for a salad/bowl, mix them into smoothies and try to make kale chips about once a week (wash well, toss with some olive oil, sea salt & pepper and roast in the oven for about 15 min).
