Because the weather looked unstable I decided to go for a running training instead of a cycling trip. The type of training was the same: a relatively easy training with two intensive parts. I decided to go for two times 2 kilometers at a high speed. Below you can see that the first one was a bit cowardly but the second was really good with 2 km in 7:02 minutes.
The rest of the statistics can be seen below. The average speed was still good and the total distance almost 15 km. Not bad for an early Sunday morning!
