I hinted last time that Chapter 5 of Genesis would tell us what Adam’s son Seth does as Abel’s replacement. In truth, Chapter 5 is a simple geneology of Adam’s descendents.
So what did Seth do that Abel did not?
Genesis 5:6-8:
6 And Seth lived an hundred and five years, and begat Enos:
7 And Seth lived after he begat Enos eight hundred and seven years, and begat sons and daughters:
8 And all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years: and he died.
He lived.
