Today, I would like to share a steamed fish recipe. Friends who love garlic should try this easy and nutritious recipe.

Red snapper is my favorite fish. It is low in calorie, and a good source of protein. It is rich in selenium, potassium, vitamin A, and omega-3 fatty acids.
