Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground deer meat
- 4 cup potatoes, diced
- ½ cup of soy sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
- bay leaf
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ¾ cup tomato sliced
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 Hormel Chili w/beans
- 1 cup of water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Heat oil in pan
- Saute garlic, onion and tomato
- Add ground deer meat, soy sauce for at least 10 minutes.
- Pour water. Let boil and simmer for 30 minutes to an hour depending on the toughness of ground deer meat.
- Put-in potatoes, Hormel Chili w/beans, sugar,salt, pepper and bay laef. Stir and cook for 8 to12 minutes.
