Quotes by Great Individuals, Part 2 Aristotle: A dying Society

In today's society, especially those in the west, these words cannot be any truer;

"Tolerance and apathy are the virtues of a dying society" - Even back then, two or so millennia ago Aristotle knew and many alike in his time probably agreed on this, but not only back then, even now this is true, if not more. If we continue to stay idle or ignore what is facing our civilisation, then we won't only be losing it, but our very way of life, the different cultures which exist in the western world, will all slowly disappear and there will be nothing left...

But as time and time again has shown, we do prevail if only we come together as one, "It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light." - he is right on that one too. If we try even at our darkest hour we will succeed.
