In my opinion everyone should be aware about the effects of having bad mental health. Mental health affects our thinking, how we feel and how we act. Without mental health, we wouldn’t have a good life, feeling very down about things. Mental health is something very important and needs to be discussed more about as it makes us feel better. It reduces our anxiety, improves our moods, have a greater sense of calm and inner peace, lowers the chances of depression and have an increased self-esteem. Having a hood mental health helps us to feel better and more optimistic. Nobody should feel that way because of mental health. It shows people that having bad mental health affects themselves and the way they act affects the people around them. Most people deserve to feel good about themselves and never doubt their worth in life. It’s important to know that because it would make people feel horrible sometimes and even try killing themselves, crying everyday, worried about life, and so much more. People should be more aware of how bad mental health can affect us and the way we choose to lead life. People don’t deserve to feel that way about life and their importance here. Mental health can affect so many things, celebrating mental health awareness is a good start to start having better mental health. Mental health, in my opinion, is one of the most important things we should be aware of when leading life.

If anyone has mental health issues I would say try to learn how to calm yourself down when stressed. Try to do breathing exercises, think positively about life, look on the brighter side, etc. When feeling down, try asking for help, nobody should go through something tough without being in the comfort of a friend or family member. We should make little notes!
