When we see someone cry, we often view them as someone who is weak and vulnerable. This perspective has to change. Did you know that according to psychologists, CRYING MAKES YOU STRONGER? Here are some of the reasons why crying is good for us.

(1) Crying is a way to relieve stress.

When you cry, you let your emotions pour out. You get to release the emotions you've been bottling up and express them genuinely through crying.

(2) Crying helps you release endorphins.

When we cry, our brain releases endorphins that serves our our pain killers. That is one of the reasons why we are in a better mood once we're done with crying.

(3) Crying helps you see the realest version of you.

When you cry, you get to be yourself. You see the most honest and raw version of yourself that will keep in reminding you that you're a human being as well and everyone has the right to cry.

When we see someone cry let's take it as an opportunity to talk to them and comfort them. All they need is your time and presence because maybe there are in a very difficult situation. Don't hold your tears! When you want to cry then go ahead and cry! There is nothing wrong with crying and remember that it takes courage to cry.
