Steemit_extention is a project setup for the purpose of promoting steemit on facebook and depopulating the kingdom of facebook.
The offline minnow school is a project organized to assist and mentor minnows on steemit, through an offline and online class for minnows and promote steemit by organizing campaigns and meetups, currently we have produced over 100 minnows and mentoring about 30 of them.
Steemit is a social media and also a platform that rewards individuals for their time and value created.
I have spend several months on Steemit and from my experience I'll say to thrive in the Steemit community you need to do more than uploading articles daily.
Relationship
To succeed on steemit you have to work towards building relationships with other steemisns, no man is an island.
You can get support without talk to people and people won't listen if you don't have a well relationship with them.
To succeed on steemit the first step you should take is building relationships with people.
How to build relationships on Steemit
Always ensure to read and comment on other people's articles. You don't expect to just come online, drop your articles and then you log out. No it isn't do that way. Steemit is a social media and has to be kept social.
Try chatting with other steemians. To to this effective and efficiently I'll advice you make use of the services below, you can easily find steemians on them.

- Try supporting up coming projects with the little you have.
If you want to enjoy success on steemit you have to work on your relationship with people. Without relationships, quality articles won't be on trends and it will be almost impossible to get support. I'll advice to start building relationships from today, you can start by commenting on at least five articles daily.
Reputation
The reputation here is not what your reputation score reads but the standard you set for yourself. In building relationships most individual tends to spoil their reputation.
How to build a good reputation
- Never send anybody your link for upvote, it is spamming.
Just imagine we all send our links to each other for upvote.
The steemit system will crash and once it does that, say goodbye to Steemit.
Instead of spamming individuals with your link, you could ask relevant question, you never know the suggestion that will take your blog to the next level.
Rewards
Reward is like what everyone is here for and as such it is the most essential aspect of steemit. To get reward you need to combine few elements.
Relationship- I have talked about relationship above so I won't be saying much here. You should bear in mind that Steemit is a lottery, rewards are not been distributed fairly or rationally. People upvote people they know, that's why relationship is very important.
Communication- You need to know what your audience want and give it to them. You can't be talking about food in your article while using music tag, the article is about food while the individuals streaming the music tags are music lovers.
Quality- You have to impress you audience before you can get anything from them. Don't forget your audience are also the reward distributors.
I believe if you can put this three keys together, then Steemit should be less difficult for you. Steemit is a journey and as such has requirements.
