A dinner in Praga.

Praga is a beautiful city, not only because of the Bridge of Charles, the astronomical clock or any of the other beauties the city has but also because you can find a lot of gastronomic proposal, street food such as the falaffel, the langos, which are really delicious or the Trdlo. But in this post I will write about a restaurant I went. It is called Protfolio, is one that is recomended by the Michelin Guide. It was a really good experience.

The first courses were

Egg at 63 degrees on a foam of Taleggio cheese and black leg with baked potatoes
Foie Gras, quince, coconut, lemon and brioche

Main courses
Beef, rosti potatoes, cabbage, mashed
Monkfish, topinambur gratinated, grilled vegetables with truffle sauce

Desserts
The pre dessert was a tangerine foam, caviar of wild berries with cauliflower foam
Creme vanilla brule with red berries
Pineapple with grilled chili, chocolate mousse and ginger
