Tears find a place solitary
Back to back they flow
Hurrying to fade
Into a place so quiet
So Lonely and Cold!
A darkness in the light!
I do nothing but stare
Into the Ocean's deep
Thoughts rumbling
With the waves of the Sea
Why silence when I call?
Why do I not hear
The beat of your heart?
It's an empty shell
Where the heart once was!
Locked away
To stop its beat;
Whom you stripped
Of skin so vital
Leaving it raw
And profusely bleeding!
Treachery! It cries!
In desolation it whimpers
One betrayal so many
So it withdrew in its shell
Denying the light of the Sun
Locked away in isolation!
Yet it breathes in agony
Cocooned in misery!
It is early Dusk
But I crave a new Dawn
For the Majesty of the Sun
For my heart locked away
To breath again!
To Love again!
