Good morning beautiful community. As you know I am taking the Hive Learners community initiative and today I will tell you about my goals in Hive in the short term. For this we will answer a series of questions that we have been asked. Without further ado, let's get started.

Buenos días hermosa comunidad. Como saben estoy cursando la iniciativa de la comunidad Hive Learners y hoy les comentaré sobre mis metas en Hive en corto plazo. Para esto responderemos una serie de preguntas que nos han hecho. Sin más empezamos.

Whenever we want to achieve something important in life, we have to set goals, because these will be in charge of guiding us throughout our adventure. They will give us clarity and certainty in the steps we take to achieve the goals we want. By having clear goals and objectives, we will avoid wasting time and everything that does not distract us from our goals. It will also help us to see the progress we are making in pursuit of them, so we do not get discouraged along the way.

Cada vez que que queremos lograr algo importante en la vida, tenemos que trazarnos objetivos, pues estos serán los encargados de guiarnos a lo largo de nuestra aventura. Nos darán claridad y certeza en los pasos que damos para lograr las metas que queramos. Al tener claramente las metas y los objetivos, nos ahorraremos el desperdicio del tiempo y todo lo que no nos distraiga de nuestras metas. También nos servirá para ir viendo el avance que vamos teniendo en busca de ellos, y así no nos desanimamos en el camino.

My short-term HP goal is not very ambitious. As I have very limited time, I can only make a few publications and I can not allocate 100 percent of the rewards to power. Since the main goal I have is to buy a laptop, so I can continue to operate in Hive in a more efficient way. As I do everything by mobile, it is very tiring and uncomfortable. So we can define that 1 hp per day would be good to be an achievable goal. The issue of followers is very complex, I prefer it to be organic, little by little and that they are real. I would not like to have 1000 followers and that only 2 read me, because it would be an inflation of followers. At the moment I have 163, in 7 months that I have been on the platform, this makes a total of 1.28 followers per day. My goal on this topic will be to keep it that way until November of this year. Most of the people who are currently in Hive is because they had some contact with cryptocurrencies. In my case this is not the case. I met Hive and fell in love with this platform because of all the goodness and facilities it gives us. I do not operate with any cryptocurrency other than Hive or its second layer tokens. I've been using it for 7 months now and every day I learn new things about our blockchain by exploring it. The other thing I love, is that because it is so big, it gives us the possibility to not stay in our comfort zone. As a commitment I have committed myself to bring the teaching of web 3.0 and Hive in my country.

Mi objetivo en cuanto a HP en corto plazo, no es muy ambicioso. Al tener tiempo muy limitado, solo puedo hacer pocas publicaciones y no puedo destinar el 100 porciento de las recompensas al poder. Ya que el principal objetivo que tengo es comprar una laptop, para poder seguir operando en Hive de una forma más eficaz. Como todo lo hago por el móvil, es bien desgastante e incómodo. Así que podremos definir que 1 hp diario estaría bien para que fuera un objetivo alcanzable. El tema de los seguidores es bien complejo, prefiero que sea de forma orgánica, poco a poco y que sean reales. No me gustaría tener 1000 seguidores y que solo 2 me leyeran, pues sería una inflación de seguidores. En estos momentos tengo 163, en 7 meses que llevo dentro de la plataforma, esto hace un total de 1.28 seguidores diarios. Mi meta en este tema será mantenerla así hasta noviembre de este año. La mayoría de las personas que están actualmente en Hive es porque tuvieron algún contacto con criptomonedas. En mi caso no es así. Yo conocí Hive y me enamoré de esta plataforma por todas las bondades y facilidades que nos brinda. Yo no opero con ninguna criptomoneda que no sea Hive o sus tokens de segunda capa. Ya llevo 7 meses y cada día aprendo cosas nuevas de nuestra blockchain explorándola. Lo otro que me encanta, es que al ser tan grande, nos da la posibilidad de no quedarnos en nuestra zona de confort. Como compromiso me he autopuesto llevar la enseñanza de la web 3.0 y Hive en mi país.

La primera estrategia es no bajar de escribir 2 post a la semana. Así podré ceñirme a mi objetivo de 1 hp diario. En caso de que no sean curados estos dos post, la próxima semana habrá que escribir el doble o introducir para hp parte de las ganancias de algún juego de los que estoy en Hive. Asegurar ese HP diario tiene que ser inviolable. Por otra parte destinar la mayor cantidad de HBD posible a la compra de la laptop. Para los seguidores tengo pensado dar un segundo curso online en Cuba, el primero fue un éxito pero hay muchos aspectos que tengo que pulir y esta iniciativa que estoy ahora va a ayudarme con los mismos. O sea por el momento no nos preocupan los seguidores. Para finales del año trabajaremos en base a estos. La estrategia más primordial será estudiar, explorar y explotar al máximo este curso, para poder brindar uno de más calidad que el anterior que planifique.

To answer this question we have to be realistic. Anyone can have an unplanned unforeseen event and it would already hinder us with our objectives. Forgetting this we can conclude that the luck we have can influence a lot, it is true that in Hive good content is valued and appreciated, but we can not be blind, I have already seen many cases of excellent post that remain as we say in Cuba, in the dust, without rewards and we see others that have 2 photos and 3 words and have more than 30 hbd of rewards, it is better to leave this issue for now because we will not solve it. The end is, if your post is seen and someone likes it congratulations if not, welcome to dust. The other thing that can happen is that Hive goes up a lot and the post rewards don't pay the planned amount of Hive. Example if Hive goes up to 3 usd and with 2 post a week and we make 6 hbd we would only be earning 2 hp per week 😅😅😅😅. Sounds kind of crazy and weird but it's possible because it already happened that hike once. From there on out, I don't think anything else can interfere with my goals. We have to show discipline, consistency and sacrifice to achieve them in the face of whatever may lie ahead.

Para responder esta pregunta hay que ser realistas. Cualquiera puede tener un imprevisto no planificado y ya nos entorpeceria con nuestros objetivos. Olvidándonos de esto podemos concluir que la suerte con la que disponemos puede influir muchísimo, es verdad que en Hive el buen contenido se valora y se aprecia, pero no podemos ser ciegos, ya he visto muchos casos de post excelentes que se quedan como decimos en Cuba, en el polvo, sin recompensas y vemos otros q tienen 2 fotos y 3 palabras y tienen más de 30 hbd de recompensas, es mejor dejar este tema por ahora ya que no lo resolveremos. El fin es, que si tu post se ve y le gusta a alguien felicidades sino, bienvenido al polvo. Lo otro que puede pasar es que Hive suba muchísimo y las recompensas de los post no lleguen a pagar la cantidad de Hive planificada. Ejemplo si Hive sube a 3 usd y con 2 post a la semana y hacemos 6 hbd estaríamos solamente ganando 2 hp por semana 😅😅😅. Suena algo loco y extraño pero es posible porque ya pasó esa subida una vez. De ahí en fuera, no creo que más nada pueda interferir con mis objetivos. Tenemos que demostrar disciplina, constancia y sacrificio para lograrlos frente a lo que se pueda avecinar.
