Increase Quantity to maximize Profit

Cryptocurrency is the future money of the future world and little or more we all acknowledge it. At least Hive users know about it very well. The government of some countries made cryptocurrency legal and in some countries is still illegal. But no government can restrict a user using the cryptocurrency and it is the beauty of cryptocurrency.

The cryptocurrency market is called the volatile market and because of the volatility, many people feel afraid to invest in cryptocurrency thinking about losing their assets. Risks are involved in cryptocurrency and it's natural because if we try to make profits then we need to take the risk for it. There exists no investment which is 100% safe in this world means no investment is risk-free. Many people say that the bank is one of the safe ones in case of investment means keeping assets in the bank and it provides a fixed amount of interest or APR. Firstly any bank can be bankrupt and it's not an impossible thing and many times such kinds of things happened in the past. Besides the interest rate is so low that with time our money continuously loses its value in the bank. I feel that keeping assets in a bank is a confirmed loss.

Come back to the topic of investment in cryptocurrency. Most of us do trading to make profits. As I said earlier many people fear the volatility of the crypto market but volatility is the thing which can maximize the profit especially it works better in the bear market. It's true that in the time of a Bear market, we all suffer loss. The first thing is we should try to minimize our loss and DCA is the best strategy for it. At the same time, it also ensures that we receive more profit in the time of a bull run. Buying any crypto is one of the most simple things everyone can do but when and where to sell is one of the most difficult for one. It's because everyone is not a good trader. We are like investors. I believe that most of us are investors here. So I am going to share a strategy for them which will help to gain maximum profit in a bull market.

As I said, DCA is the best strategy in a time of Bear market. But as an investor when we buy Crypto we don't set any selling targets because we believe that it can pump huge in the time of the Bull market which is true. So most of us set a deadline like we will sell the "XYZ" (example) cryptocurrency 3/4/5 years later. We determine not to HODL it doesn't matter what happens between the time. But it's not a wise idea. Many bad things can happen with the project and in that case, we should sell it. If the projects remain ok, then we should try to get the maximum profit from it. How it will be possible? It's very easy.

Suppose that "XYZ" pumped 60-80+% in the bear market. In that case, we don't sell our asset because we are holding it for a longer term. Besides, there exists a hope inside our mind that it will pump more and more so we can't afford to sell, otherwise, we will lose the profit. We Keep dreaming and most of the time that kind of thing doesn't happen and it comes back almost near the base price. If we sell it at a higher price then, we can rebuy back at a cheap price again. I think it's a wise idea to sell 50% of the "XYZ" crypto when it makes a good pump. In that case, we will receive profit from 50% of invested assets. If the pump continues then we can make some more profit from the remaining 50% of the asset. But most of the time it has been seen that after making a good pump correction is inevitable because it doesn't move in a straight way. So when the price of "XYZ" crypto takes correction (30-40%) we can reinvest 50% of what we sold earlier and if it takes more correction (60-80%) we can reinvest the remaining 50% of our asset we get from selling. In this case, we are buying those at a cheap price which means we can buy "XYZ" crypto in larger quantities than before. Using this strategy we can increase the quantity of our crypto. And in the time of bull run it will be very helpful to maximize the profit.

So increasing the quantity of each asset as much as we can is the best thing we can do in this bear market and it will give us a huge return in the time of bull market.
