Today's lunch was another delightful creation by my talented wife. She prepared Marinated Fried Bangus paired with Ginisang Ampalaya sa Alamang, making for a flavorful and satisfying meal.
Main Course: Marinated Fried Bangus π
The marinated fried bangus was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The marination added a rich and savory flavor that was simply irresistible.
Side Dish: Ginisang Ampalaya sa Alamang πΏ
To complement the bangus, we had Ginisang Ampalaya sa Alamang. The bitterness of the ampalaya (bitter melon) was balanced by the savory alamang (shrimp paste), creating a unique and delicious taste.
Dessert: Peanut Polvoron π¬
To round off this fantastic meal, we indulged in some Peanut Polvoron. This crumbly and sweet treat was the perfect way to end our lunch.
Overall, it was another memorable meal, thanks to my wife's cooking skills. I'm always amazed by how she can turn simple ingredients into such mouth-watering dishes.
