Welcome to my FIFTH entry for the portrait photography hosted by @flamingirl!
When I first started getting interested in photography, I had no idea what field of photography I was interested in. I tried doing macro photography, landscape photography, food photography, street photography, and many more. I met many people who helped me on my journey and learned a lot from them. It was a trial and error. But there were two types of photography that I knew I was most interested in: 1. Portraiture (I prefer using natural light) 2. Street Photography (which I enjoy doing when me and @eoj travel).
Portraiture is also wide ranging. There's fashion photography, which I tried for a while. It was fun but I did not find the fullfilment that I was looking for. I knew I always loved photographing kids. I would volunteer my talent to take portraits of my friend's kids and that led taking their family portraits. My skills improved and so did my portfolio. That's when I realized I really was enjoying taking family portraits and that I could actually make a living out of it. So since then, I started a little business of taking portraits of kids, families, maternity and newborn shoots. I'm happy to be able to take these precious moments that I know families will treasure for a lifetime.
For proof that the photos are mine, here is the original photo prior to enhancement.
Again thanks so much to @flamingirl for running such a fun contest! If you're interested in joining the contest, you can find the announcement here or check out my feed, I've resteemed her post.
