This news article gives me hope for our future...

Check out this article about a small town in Kentucky who has elected a dog for their mayor, for the fourth time! I love this idea, and it actually gives me hope for our future. I would like to see my home town, Chicago, hire a dog, a cat, or maybe a goat (Go Cubs!), as their mayor, as opposed to Rahm. Hmm... would crime go up or down? Would a dog, cat, or goat continue to spend, spend, spend???

I think we should step it up! Please, let us elect animals, preferably cute and cuddly ones, into other public offices, such as representatives, senators, governors, cabinet members, PRESIDENT, as opposed to the psychopathic human beings that we keep electing. Actually, I've heard "conspiracy theories" suggesting that our world "leaders", the powers that shouldn't be, are reptilians. If that is true, then I suppose we have elected animals, but most definitely not cute and cuddly ones.

If we had a dog for President, would we be continuing to wage war in the Middle East, murdering innocent people, and bringing us closer to WW3? If we had a dog for President, would we be continuing to rack up a national debt, of which we could never possibly pay off, currently at around 20 trillion dollars? Yep, I think so! Cause the president is mostly a puppet. But anywho, never mind all that, here is the article, which put a smile on my face. Enjoy it!
