BROKEN

Many different parts make up a whole
A perfect assemble of beautiful parts she was
Firm and fortified mind no man could cajole
Full of happiness for no just cause
Every man's dream woman
Face as bright as the full moon at night
With burning eyes even with no ignition
Her lips more curvy than the number eight
Breast firm and defiant to gravity
Arms shaped like a nicely crafted gun
Legs as balanced as a perfect chemical equation
Never seen beauty this beautiful
Majestically she walks
With a befitting crown on her head
Yes a queen she is in her world
With an ego of ten thousand men
Waiting on a king to sweep her off her feet
No better barricade, her wall so high
Day after day men strive to breakthrough
One by one they withdraw
Who's man enough?
Who will come through?
The man on a mission goes prepared
The man with a golden mallet came through
Down the wall goes
Finally she let her guard down
Fell for the wrong one
A stranger with no intention of staying
If only she knew
The mission was to steal and destroy
Her heart gone with nothing in return
Her pride vanished within the twinkle of an eye
Self esteem lost
Her strength all sucked away
Broken
Like a perfect artefact shattered
With excruciating pain as her only companion
Swimming in her own pool of tears
Wishing she could drown in it
Only a thin line between emotional trauma and insanity
She vowed never to love again
At that moment she died while living
Can anyone ever make her feel alive again?
Or would it just be a case of deja vu?
Gradually picking up her shattered pieces
One day she would become whole again
Cause only time heals
