Hello everyone!
Today I didn't do much of drawing but what I've done was fun and enjoying experience. Plus I watched some tutorials and learned a few things.
As the note on the paper says - if you want to become better at something you just have to start doing it. Don't delay, don't read about it before you start. Start doing it and learning as you go. :)
I was often guilty of doing that myself. I did all the reading, planning and preparing the ideas on how I'll start this and that when I've just wasted my time. There needs to be some planning, but overdoing it is as bad as not doing it at all.
As things are now, I try and go for it and it works for me. I don't even bother with things I don't find interesting. In the past I wanted to do everything myself and was often burdened with boring stuff. I don't do that anymore and I'm more happy.
Yes, I sometimes fail, or decide to do nothing for a day or change my plans at the last moment and just have fun. But I have a strong feeling that I do more than I've used to do before I accepted this philosophy.
It's the only advice I follow and it's the only one I would suggest for you to follow.
Don't think about doing it. Don't overthink it. Take a deep breath and go for it.
All sketches, drawings and photos are my own.
Keep doing what you like and have fun!
