Kulekhani Dam which is 7KM in distance, is a panoramic landscape. This dam is located in Makwanpur district in Narayani zone of Nepal. It is the largest man-made lake (in Nepal), for Kulekhani Hydropower project, also known as Indra Sarobar. Kulekhani is famous for fishing, hiking, trekking and boating. Boating there will make you feel like you are floating upon the shiny diamond flame. The peaceful pond, boating in here will surely make you fall in love with the nature. A suspension bridge right above the kulekhani reservoir adds beauty and attractions to the people. You can walk through the bridge, take photos and have fun. . Markhu is a small village at the top of Kulekhani reservoir and is a beautiful and peaceful place to be.
