Andaman Islands are part of india but actually they are closer to thailand than india. It takes 2 days in a ship to reach there and 2 hours in Flight from chennai. It takes about 3 hours from delhi to reach there.
There is a reason why this place holds a charm among indians. First is the cellular jail. Which was a brutal jail where political prisioners where locked back in the days of British rule over India. Such was horror that this jail was given name of Black Waters. And people do not came back alive from there.
Here are my journey through the multiple islands of Andaman Isalands. Hope you like them. I did not edited these pictures as i want you to see how beautiful the landscape there is
Main Andaman Island : Port Blair
There is a place called Chidiya Tapu ( Means Island of Birds) this is a wildlife santuary. Beach there is amazing. See for yourself.

Next morning i started my scooter ( yes i rented a scooter on port blair)
and started it to visit a unnamed beach which i saw while going to the resort where i was staying .

This is the beach whcih is very famous and very pristine. you be the judge of that:
I had covered andaman for a week and not an hour passed when i was not shooting. It was all so fun to be in nature and with sea.
All these picture are not even processed for color correction. That how beautiful Andaman Islands are.
