While on my short vacation, my parents-in-law decided to spoil us a little and treat us to a delicious meal. Some of the best Korean beef I have ever tried is cooked over scorching coals we have to cook it fast and flip it while fire dances with the meat. I think I had more fun cooking than eating at one point, but the highlight for me was Matthew (age 2) who demanded to try the beef and once he did he kept asking for more! He ate rice and beef and he couldn't get enough. He loved it, needless to say, that was his most expensive meal ever and also his most expensive poop. What a proud dad I was. =)
