Exhumation of a body from an apartment tomb usually happens when the family of the deceased can no longer pay for the "rent" or has failed to renew the contract. The tomb is emptied for the next body to lease.
Unfortunately for the remains, without a tomb, will be placed inside a rice sack or garbage plastic and piled somewhere within the cemetery grounds.
