When our consciousness capture a thought, this triggers a reaction in the nervous system and reaches the subconscious where these thoughts are assigned and can cause interactions between the body and the mind. It is an interesting topic how the psyche can be associated with physical reactions and it happens that an exchange of signals takes place between the brain and the body and one influences the other strongly and a good example is the perception of stress which is often triggered by overstimulation and as a result it often comes to breathing difficulties, headaches, stomach pain, higher blood pressure and other symptoms. The subconscious plays one of the most important roles in this context and can also be considered as a kind of control center or medium which ensures that the experienced stimuli trigger physical reactions and these are also closely associated with certain connections and if, for example, you have experienced stress-related symptoms in a certain place, this is also associated with the circumstances and in the future, you will try to avoid these situations or places where these reactions occurred. A good example is also fear which can ensure that you have physical symptoms although with the organ everything fine and moments like these are stored deep in the subconscious and it can happen that trigger are installed which can be triggered again at a later time and these flashbacks usually occur in places where you had this fear reaction, without there being a direct trigger for it. In order to trigger these moments and the resulting physical reactions again, simple sensory impressions that have taken place during this situation such as certain sounds, smells or other forms of perception are often enough and especially these connections between the subconscious lead to a complex reaction that can have an effect for a very long time and if these are very deeply anchored, it is particularly difficult to recognize them. The body can also be seen as a mirror image of the psyche which makes the invisible visible and often it is not easy to recognize whether certain symptoms have a mental cause and the subconscious is also able to compensate or displace certain situations with other things so it is even more difficult to recognize them and often long-term burdens of certain situations arise. These interactions are a very complex topic and I hope in this article, I was able to go into a little more detail about what power the subconscious has.
