#PhotoFlashFiction Challenge Day 27 & 28 of daily visual writing pr...

Dang it! I made it through almost the entire month posting one of these daily, but then it all got away from me yesterday. In my defense, I had a bit of an unexpected hiccup.

The short explanation - I sprained my left thumb last night doing dishes, because ~~my body is doing stupid things~~ something seems to be going on with me, but nobody's figured it out yet.

Moving on - in a couple of days (Friday, March 2nd) I'll kick off a weekly contest and announce the details then. I'm also planning to spend a bit more time promoting this, and doing a bit of writing myself (which was my original plan).

Oh, and while this isn't technically a challenge result post, I wanted to thank @spozone for sharing this - Day Late and dollar short photoflashfiction posting. The song sounded like my childhood (my dad was a bluegrass fan), and I appreciated the bit of nostalgia.
