GO FOR A WALK

I just wanted to share you guys a story of mine.

Everytime that my life is so fcked up uhhmm something like that i always go for a walk. Maybe because i find beauty and peace in it.

There is a near cemetery at our university and everytime that i feel empty i always go there for a walk while listening to some sad music. I always go there early in the morning like 7:30 to 8 am specially when i already know that i am absent from my first subject for being too much late so instead of staying at the univ waiting for our subject to finish i prefer to have a walk at that said cemetery.

And stayed there until lunch or until my first subject is done.

And i really loved that place even though its kinda weird since its a cemetery a place where the remains of dead people are buried. Maybe because its too peaceful since there are only few people who go to that place specially at the morning.

But before i go there i buy some snacks morelikely a breakfast because im the type of person that will just drink my coffee for a breakfast before to go to school. My favorite was Iced Coffee from 7/11 and yes im 100% coffee addict like i can drink 5 to 6 cups of coffee a day.

To sum it all, i just wanted to tell you guys that sometimes all you need is to give to yourself a walk not literally a walk but a time for yourself and its good for your health not only for the physical body but also for your mental health.
