From this picture , you can see that there are pieces of bamboo poles connected to pieces of concrete slabs that serves as its base . these are all called bollards

Bollards were primarily used to secure an area as it will serve as a temporary obstruction . During construction of concrete pavement . This bollards were used to secure the area which is subjected for curing . In some areas of construction, otheres were using steel post as it is much durable but on the other side . it is much way more expensive than bamboo sticks
