Hola queridos amigos, quiero compartir con ustedes este lindo día que pasamos entre familia y amigos cercanos, ya que por el tema de la pandemia no pudimos compartir con mas personas. El día de ayer 18 de abril, estuvo cumpliendo 27 años mi esposo @fveliz pues para no dejar de festejar un día tan especial para el, organizamos algo sencillo en casa.
Hello dear friends, I want to share with you this beautiful day that we spent with family and close friends, since due to the issue of the pandemic we could not share with more people. Yesterday, April 18, my husband @fveliz was turning 27 years old because in order not to stop celebrating such a special day for him, we organized something simple at home.
Empezamos el día haciendo una rica sopa de costilla de res y largarto (la favorita de mi esposo) para compartir con todas las personas que estaban en casa celebrando con él, hice la sopa en leña ya que le da un sabor único, estuvo lista en 2 horas, super rápido, la verdad es que me quedo demasiado rica, hasta mando a dormir a uno de los invitados jajaja
We started the day making a rich soup of beef rib and lard (my husband's favorite) to share with all the people who were at home celebrating with him, I made the soup on firewood as it gives it a unique flavor, it was ready in 2 hours, super fast, the truth is that I'm too rich, I even send one of the guests to sleep hahaha
En la tarde, le llegó una sorpresa a mi esposo de su hermana que se encuentra viviendo en Perú, pues ella estaba muy triste por no poder pasar su cumpleaños con él, mi cuñada le envió este detalle con mucho cariño.
In the afternoon, a surprise came to my husband from his sister who is living in Peru, because she was very sad for not being able to spend her birthday with him, my sister-in-law sent him this detail with great affection.
Los niños también la pasaron muy bien y tuvieron su área de juegos para que hicieran sus travesuras y se divirtieran mucho en su mundo.
The children also had a great time and had their playground for them to do their mischief and have a lot of fun in their world.
De mi parte yo le hice una rica torta fría, rellena de crema pastelera y un toque de coco, para cantarle cumpleaños en compañía de todas las personas que lo queremos, la verdad la pasamos muy bien a pesar de toda la situación que se vive por la pandemia, hicimos que pasara un día especial, sin mucha organización, todo se hizo de un día para otro pero nos quedó todo muy bien, estaba muy feliz por él, la verdad se lo merece.
For my part, I made him a delicious cold cake, filled with pastry cream and a touch of coconut, to sing his birthday in the company of all the people who love him, the truth is that we had a great time despite all the situation that we live in. the pandemic, we made a special day pass, without much organization, everything was done from one day to the next but everything turned out very well, I was very happy for him, the truth is that he deserves it.
