Leaving travellers stranded on the highway, shipped goods to be halted, and locals unable to leave.
This is the second time construction crews have had a mishap at Kennedy Hill during this project. The estimated 24 million job is supposed to make the roads feel safer after a fatigued ambulance crew lost their lives descending the hill. So far I'm not so sure. Tragedy is a powerful motivator.
