After some time, people started messaging Ali Jamal Awad asking various legal questions and tagging their friends in his posts. According to the legal expert, the messages from different social media users motivated him. He started traveling to different places to sign up clients after reaching out through various social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

Since he did not have enough resources when starting his law firm, he experienced challenges when storing his client’s files. According to him, storing his files safely required high expenses. He signed a deal with an Atlanta-based law firm where he was an “of counsel” attorney.

According to the deal, Ali Jamal Awad was not entitled to a salary. He only received commissions from the cases that she worked on at the time. The legal expert would also get free office space at the law firm and would only pay $120 for parking fees.

After two months, his paperwork increased significantly, and he had to hire an assistant to help him out. When he got 100 clients, he hired a paralegal. Usually, personal injury lawsuits take up to 18 months to be settled. As a result, all his savings went to various expenses, including paying salaries, computers, among others.
