Comment Sections Moderation: "The Most Important Job on the Internet"

Coming across a New York Times publication I saw this:

Interesting section:

These moderators are the people who review abuse complaints, usually on posts that have been flagged by users. Like paramedics in real life, they see a lot of things they wish they could unsee.

So, reading comment sections is as traumatizing as as a paramedic's job regarding things they see. Hope you never take a look into the injuries sections of BestGore or other similar blog.
