Short post here on work.. Apparently a blame was put on a colleague out of the blue when clearly she wasn't in the wrong. So this senior manager has been put in the limelight for delays but suddenly mentioned the ball is my colleague's court..
Being junior, it is just politically incorrect for her to rebut. Thankfully she had an excellent boss who fended it off. Another senior manager also weighed in to dissolve it, indirectly fending off for her and yet indirectly hinting the onus is on the accuser to get things right. Well played diplomatically.
What an experience which I witnessed!
