- 1968, 50 years ago the movie Wonderwall premiered at Cannes Film Festival. The movie is best known for its George Harrison-composed soundtrack. Harrison attended the film's premiere with Ringo and their wives. The soundtrack album "Wonderwall Music" was the first Beatles solo project, and also the first release for Apple Records.
