In preparation for his homecoming trip which will see him headlining Falls and Field Day festivals, Sydney export Flume has gifted us with two fresh and unreleased tracks.
The first song was made in collaboration with Greenpeace Australia, who are using it to drum up awareness and donations for their ongoing campaign to save the Great Barrier Reef. The second tracker was featured in Flume’s recent tour vid, which follows his show in Indonesia at Djakarta Warehouse Project.
It’s very likely these new snippets are a taste of a bigger project from the producer — back in September he told triple j breakfast that his upcoming sets in Australia would feature a fair chunk of new tunes. Listen to both new tracks below.
“I have time which is a good thing, which means there will be lots of new stuff,” Flume told triple j. “I’m currently working on a whole bunch of new ideas, bits and pieces. Hopefully we’ll be able to play a bunch of new bits and pieces.”
