Hello steemians!
Welcome to my blog!
Yesterday I shared few tips on excellence in leadership, I basically taught about how to cultivate the mentality of excellence in leadership. Have you read it? You can read it here; https://steemit.com/steemiteducation/@kween001/excellence-in-leadership-part-1.

Today's post will be a continuation of what I shared yesterday on excellence in leadership. I will share with you the 4C'S of excellence in leadership.

4 C'S OF EXCELLENCE IN LEADERSHIP
1)Character:

Does your character sell the image of your leadership positively or negatively?charisma may take you to lime light but character keeps you there. Do you boss your followers around or you make them see with reasons with you why they should buy your idea?
Excellence comes with discipline, you should be able to set noble standards for yourself, your followers should be able to trust you and try not to discuss their weaknesses with those it does not concern.

2)Competence:

To be excellent in leadership, you have to be competent. Can you really do what you say you can do? The quality of your leadership is measured by the value it creates in people.

3)Culture:

Excellence is a culture,it is not just an act,it is a life style. You can build a culture of excellence through consistent growth. Like the saying goes"consistency builds a brand and your brand gives you the leverage that you need". If you develop excellence as a culture, you will excel in leadership!

4)Capacity:

You cannot be more excellent in leadership until you build capacity. How do you increase your capacity? By pursuing knowledge, knowledge increases capacity. Get both formal and informal trainings. Your capacity will be seen in the ability of your followers to believe that you can lead them, motivate them and that they can grow under your leadership!

I hope this helped?
Thanks for reading!
