been on the phone with microsoft for 2 hours. they can't fix it. Will likely have to go back to an earlier version of windows.
What is it with MS that their products are so buggy!
Windows has always been an overly complex, buggy system. Google chrome [books], linux, and apple all seem to work so much smoother.
