More and more cities wants to be 'smarter'. More information and share it with the people.
Now we know where we can park our car with those digital billboards near the road. But how about where the air quality is the best to walk or sit? Where it's colder or warmer in the city? Or where there are more people gathered?

The idea to make multiple nodes that measure air quality, temperature,... and deploy it around the cities could help people to make a decision.

This could also help to make the information more reliable. Let's say 'decentralized information'? And not controlled by government.
