In a slick move earlier today Michigan's newly formed BMMR issued this bulletin:
The newly formed Bureau of Medical Marihuana Regulation in Michigan claims there is no known equipment that can comply with their rules, therefore they are banning the extraction methods used for all extractions of cannabinoids.
