You might have noticed that I love learning about how our brain works. I especially love areas that cover perception, gathering and storing information, because I have to count on these as a trainer.
Today I have brought you a short video made by the Brain Games crew at National Geographic Channel that deals with our memory. When you hear a text, your brain immediately makes certain associations trying to connect the dots and process the information. Therefore it is pretty hard to select afterwards what is that you REALLY HEARD (primary information) and what is that you have ASSOCIATED to based on what you heard (secondary information).
