Men's fees are more Remuneration illegal than Women in Iceland

In World history, the year 2018 will be memorable. Because, this year, Iceland has taken a very important step for women.

Iceland starts the new year in a different way. Especially women in that country. Because, from this day, Iceland has enacted a new law. According to which the wages of men more than women workers in the country from now on will be considered unlawful. As the world's first country, Iceland has enacted this law.
In fact, on March 8 last year, this Act was announced on International Women's Day, but it came into effect from the first day of the new year.

According to the new law, those organizations that employ more than 25 employees must compulsorily have government certificates to ensure that they support the equal pay or wage policy of women and men. If that is not the case, then there is provision for financing the company.Last year hundreds of thousands of women went on the streets protesting against discrimination in gender-based remuneration arrangements. Their demand has finally been fruitful.

When the new law was presented by the central-right government of Iceland, the opposition supported it. About 50 percent of the members of the parliament of Iceland are women. This act of Iceland has been praised worldwide.
