Yamcha with @papanog and @wilsonkoh

Hi guys, we have a very stimulating discussion yesterday during our yamcha session with @papanog and @wilsonkoh. I love the idea put up by @papanog, on how we can power up and encourage our new steemians by polling our SBDs collected after each meetup/event. So we did our little trial, the 3 of us posting our share of yesterday Yamcha discussion :)

Whenever we have a meetup/bootcamp event, those that attending will post anything about the event, share photos or maybe new things, new friends they meet there. @papanog idea is those attending will pool up everyone posts earning on that event and divide it equally among those participating. Say 3 of us meetup for yamcha yesterday, so each of us going to post on the same yamcha session, so after 7 days, we pool our earning from all 3 people posts and divide it equally. This will surely encourage and inspire a new guy to attend and be part of the community.

I think this could even be apply to outings or any get-together in the future. Say a get-together picnic, a gotong-royong, maybe even a night out together etc.

requote from @papanog idea,

Conditions

  1. Must attend the bootcamp or masterclass (event/meetup)
  2. Must write about the bootcamp or masterclass meetup within 24hrs.

Benefits

  1. Encourage newbies to join the bootcamp and masterclass to learn more about steemit.
  2. Encourage newbies to write anything about the bootcamp or masterclass their experience about the meet-ups.

Objectives

  1. Newbies will have more confidents and encouragement to write good contents and grow faster.
  2. Senior steemians with higher SP can contribute more SBD from the pool to grow the communities within steemit.
  3. Growing the communities together.
  4. More offline or Face-to-face meet-ups to encourage closer ties within the communities.
  5. Makes the communities stronger.

What do you guys think?
