You can get beyond the world
When you meditate leave all your expectations, no need to expect anything to happen; turn toward the source within you. The self is already you and cannot leave you. During this time don’t attach yourself to any thoughts; go beyond your religion, sex, race, any thing you use to identify yourself with. There is no need to define anything; all the noise is from the mind.
Meditation
• Sit with your spine straight
• Gently gaze upwards with your eyes closed
• Relax your breathing
• Leave your baggage outside
• Don’t attach yourself to any thoughts
Do this for a few minutes in the beginning at the same time every day. The morning is best when you get up and your head is not filled with a lot of comings and goings.
Recognize that space within you.
Leave the concepts of who you think you are to experience who you are.
