I saw it 1st hand at a party I threw several months ago. One of my best friends brought it with him for everyone to try. The volcano is a device that burns the ganja and traps the smoke into a large bag. It's relative simple to use the volcano. All you have to do is put the ganja into the indicated spot, press the button and attach the bag at the top of the volcano. After it has burned enough, the bag will be filled with smoke. You then take the bag out and inhale it.
Allegedly, one deep inhale will be enough to send you through the moon. I had a friend who got so high to the point that he had to walk it off and was out of it for a good portion of the party and he wasn't a pot virgin either. Everyone who smoked it claimed that the ganja was more potent than if they had only smoked it via a blunt or bong.
