Is It Shocking That I Love My Wife?

The world seems to get stranger and stranger each and every year. It's not that I'm old as shit and remember when loaves of bread were 10 cents or anything. I have however noticed over my 32 years of age that it's become more and more common for people to choose poor relationships. I say "poor" because I'm not sure of what it is that actually makes these relationships not last. I mean there is a divorce every 2 minutes in the USA. This is absurd, why do you not love your spouse, what happened that made this so bad. Is everyone just a big baby now? Every little problem you just ran away and find someone else? Or is it all based too much off of the media and how they make everything about sex?

It's absolutely ridiculous isn't it? I do know one thing though @lyndsaybowes I'm not going anywhere, I love you more then anything in this world. The vows I gave you were real, unwritten and from my heart and soul. When I made my choice that you were the one I made that choice. It wasn't based on a fun evening out, a good bang in the sack, too many beers or because it's the normal thing to do. I made the choice because of how I felt, how I feel.

I love my wife because I enjoy her as a person, as a companion, a partner. She's someone to give or receive empathy with.
Someone who truly cares about your problem pain or suffering. I know this because like all relationships these waters have been tested.

I'm writing this blog to share my love of my wife with you. In hopes that more men will do the same. It doesn't make you less of a man to share feelings of love with your or about your wife or anyone at all in that matter.

I love my wife and I thank you for reading my post. @lyndsaybowes is truly an amazing person and I love her unconditionally. Even when she acts like this.
