My mother really loves piña that's why she decided to plant it in her mini garden. At first she plant two or three crown of piña. Then after two years she harvest it and it taste so sweet, thats why she decided to plant more pineapples for us. Because she notice that pineapple are rich in vitamins, enzymes and antioxidants. Pineapple is rich in vitamin C and manganese. We all known that manganese is important to for antioxidant defense. Pineapple also is fat free, no cholesterol and low sodium. It is also have Iron, vitamin A, and calcium. Because pineapple have a lot of vitamin C, and we all know that vitamin C is a helful fighter of heart disease and joint problems. Pineapple also help us to stand strong in our everyday life. Our eyes also have benefit from pineapples because pineapple can help reduce the risk of macular degeneration, a disease that affects the eyes that people aged.
