Motion is a decentralized game distributing platform in blockchain era. Users can take part in the whole process of game development, from testing to distribution. Motion team members are mostly from Evatar, a company that dedicated in game publishing. Evatar has released dozens of well-known games, such as the Ghost of Beauty, Sword Love, Fantasy Chronicle, Crystal Star, Ball Fighting, Warring States and Ghost Legend. It is worth mentioning that from Year 2016 to 2017, 70% of the mobile games that Evatar published entered into the top 10 revenue list of the Asian App Store and Google Play.

Iris is a famous serial entrepreneur in Taiwan, who started her first business when she was 27. Cube Magic founded in 2009, which eventually became the largest webgame platform in Taiwan in 2012, and then was made the king in Taiwan's Emerging Stock Market.
Afterwards, Iris turned into mobile game industry and set up Evatar, focusing on global mobile game publishing. As mentioned above, Evatar successfully published dozens of mobile games overseas,70% of its game portfolio entered into IOS top 10 revenue list in the publishing districts. More in particular, The Ghost of Beauty is one of the most successful games Evatar has ever published, a game that generated overall revenue of $30 million in Taiwan, Hongkong and Macau.

I am so pleased to be with you tonight and to have the chance to introduce our guest speaker, Iris Hsiao. Let's cordially invite Iris to present the latest updates about the Motion project.

Hello everyone, this is Iris, I'm glad to be here to share the information about Motion project. As a matter of fact, there are some reasons that I took up Motion project. I know a thing or two about game industry as I'm in it for years. The traditional game industry has developed rapidly in the past 20 years, but the painful issues are also obvious.

There are three prominent problems in traditional game industry. Firstly, data are not transparent and the game rules may be changed easily, that might trigger crises in confidence. Secondly, the channels and profits of distribution could easily be monopolized by industry giants, and it is difficult to show up for Indie games, even the high quality games. Therefore, in common for game developers, the development cost is high where the success rate of the product is relatively low. And lastly, the virtual assets in the games don't belong to the users, so the circulation of value cannot be realized, seriously affecting the gameplay experience.

Fortunately, the application of blockchain technology in game industry can solve the problems as mentioned above. There are many possibilities, such as writing virtual assets on blockchain, promoting community incentives, setting up self-distribution network, applying across-game applications and so on.

Motion project is designed to solve the innate painful issues of the game industry within its own assets. First, the team members are mostly from Evatar with years of game publishing experience. Second, unlike traditional platforms that neglect the value of players, Motion is a platform that developed from the perspective of the game developers and users. Traditional platforms are obsessed with monetization; good games can't be pushed to the users accurately; distribution costs boost due to the monopoly of channels. Therefore only a few games with poor quality are exposed to players. Motion's solution is to build a game recommendation distribution platform based on user reviews and product quality, thus the game users could enjoy better games as well as realize their own value. In this way, a healthy game ecosystem will be formed.

B1 Xuewei:
There are quite a lot of platforms of blockchain games. As one of them, however, Motion has been capturing great attention. Could you tell us, as a pioneer in the blockchain game industry, what achievements did Motion make so far? And what do these achievements mean to Motion?

Iris:
Motion performs well currently, maintaining a leading position in all aspects in the industry. Using blockchain technology to lead the growth of the next wave of game industry, to make influential achievements and to benefit every participant; this is why Motion is paid great attention. Here I can use the "three No.1s" to sum up:
a) No. 1 in the recognition of parent chain in game industry is the first: Zeus Chain is the only parent chain which is adopted by more than ten mainstream game publishing companies.
b) No. 1 in the number of games in blockchain game platforms: at the moment, Motion includes more than 4000 games, covering most of the mainstream games.
c) No. 1 in online e-sport industry: Motion has established deep cooperation with Tiantian E-sport and Tencent.

Although Motion has got some achievements at this stage, it still has a long way to go. After the blockchain games have gone through the wild, exploration and growth period, the technology now is becoming more and more mature for the games to be written on the blockchain. Motion will grow more and more faster in the future.

B1 Xuewei:
In fact, we are very interested about the progress of Motion. So Iris, can you talk about it briefly?

Iris:
Now different projects on our platform are on the way simultaneously.
To begin with, let's talk about the operation, there will be a large number of e-sports projects in the upcoming period. The latest competition is in the registration stage. In the past few days, there have been hundreds of outstanding civil teams applying the qualification. The competition will be on air on several well-known platforms like DouYu TV, HuYa TV, and Panda TV. Famous streamers will also take part in the competition. We have also established a deep cooperation with Tencent.

Another project that is worth mentioning is the ACGN project. We have signed contracts with more than 100 UGC top authors. The economic model of MTN consumption, including game mall, is also constantly improving.

Next, I'd like to talk about business cooperation, where we have made great strides in collaboration. Motion built a collaborative ecosystem with more than 50 companies such as Tencent, Netease, MorningTec, Tiancity, KINGNET, Shanda Group, and the new game content that will be released from October will get involved from the test phase.

Motion has established strategic cooperation with Tiantian E-sport, which is the largest third-party e-sports competition platform under Datang Network. It has hosted more than 400 games and more than 200 million people participated in the competition from 2016 to 2017. Motion will provide content and excellent teams to Tiantian E-sport this year. From 2019, Motion E-sports will be officially compiled to hold online mass-election for Tiantian E-sport.

B1 Xuewei (about Cannon Rating):
We observed that Motion issued a Clarification announcement previously. Since many people are not clear about the private placement and underwriting of MTN, as well as related reports from "Cannon Rating", could you please clarify again here?

Iris:
As for the About the circulation quantity of MTN, it has been officially clarified it before.
Motion will issue a total of 2.1 billion MTN, 45% of which are used for platform operation, 25% belong to the cornerstone investors, 10% for the project incentives. The total 80% above, which equals to 1.68 billion MTN, is locked. As the platform operation kicks off soon, the MTN for operation will be unlocked. And we have promised to investors that the addresses will be open for everyone to check.
For the remaining 20% of MTN, the latest announcement maybe not clear enough. Here I explain in detail. 10% is private placement of INB, and the service fee quals to 1.66%, so the actual amount of private placement is 10%+1.66%=11.66%, just as Mr. Li Xiaolai released in Clarification of the Orientation of My MTN TOKEN in Learning, Learning and Re-Learning.

The second part is the amount of underwriting. The underwriting of the pending orders on BigOne is 6.1%, 128 million MTN in total. 5%, about 105 million, is used for fundraising; 1.1%, about 23 million MTN is BigOne underwriting fee.

The last part includes Bitcoin Fund 23.5 million, BigOne listing fee 21 million, and other small expenses, about 2.22% in total.

The above three parts add up to exactly 20%.

B1 Xuewei:
OK. Now we are clear about the amount of underwriting. By the way, the Zeus Chain that is developed independently by Motion Team is also receiving continuous attention. Could you please introduce it to us?

Iris:
Sure. Zeus Chain is a parent blockchain which is designed especially for game and supports high TPS, which has been adopted by more than 10 large game companies. And we have completed the development and the implementation of Motion wallet.

At the moment, it is difficult for the throughput capacity of single node network to meet the high TPS demand. Therefore, Zeus Chain adopts blockchain technology to realize the distributing rear-end service platform. It's a consortium chain based on smart contract using Graphene Consensus, aiming to provide the distributed bottom blockchain service for high-performance distributed applications.

Since the Super Node Program was launched on August 30, the first batch of Super Nodes in the Zeus Chain include Small Chain, Efun, Being, Evatar, Winger, Eggles and so on, in addition to Zeus Entertainment and Motion.

Here's a good news. In August, Motion reached deep strategic cooperation with CoinTime in the sharing of blockchain game content. CoinTime launched blockchain game column on the homepage, which illustrates that, as a representative of blockchain game industry, Motion has been accepted by media.
